NYC YEARS Teaching by Day, Building the Machine by Night
Gabriel spent 12 years running parallel operations in New York City that no career counselor would have drawn on the same map. He built leadership programs inside over 100 public schools annually. He simultaneously ran Linx Entertainment, an event marketing company that grew to 500,000+ email subscribers before Mailchimp was a household name. Every scheduling conflict was a systems problem. Every logistical solution trained a reflex that still runs.
02 2002–2004
HEALTHCARE TRAINING Training the People Who Care for People
Before MedMatch, before AI-assisted clinical workflows, Gabriel trained 1199 SEIU union members (doctors, nurses, and healthcare administrators) on EMR systems including SimMan and WellCare. The research he developed started as his NYU thesis and became a referenced source in collective bargaining agreements, ultimately generating an institutional fund allocation to upgrade frontline healthcare worker skills at scale across New York City facilities.

WORKFORCE TECHNOLOGY Dynamic Linx: A Million-Dollar Bet That Paid Out
Dynamic Linx generated $1M in revenue in its first year of operation. Gabriel personally trained more than 10,000 students in technology courses; the company trained 20,000+ in total. The client base was built on a genuine market gap: union workers, particularly in healthcare and labor sectors, facing technological displacement with no adequate training infrastructure. He identified the problem. He built the solution. Then he sold the company.
04 2009–2012
MARITIME TECHNOLOGY Trinidad Dry Dock: Where Technology Met the Sea
At the Trinidad Dry Dock Company in Point Lisas, Gabriel served as technology consultant to implement maritime operations software. He designed training materials, managed vendor integration, and worked directly with engineering teams to establish redundancy protocols that reduced human error exposure. The assignment gave him extended experience inside infrastructure-first environments where system failure carried physical, not just financial, consequences.
05 2012–2014
CLEAN ENERGY · CARIBBEAN Marketing a Renewable Energy Future Across Two Markets
At Universal Energy Corporation in Trinidad, Gabriel managed a 12-person digital marketing team and built the go-to-market architecture for a traditional oil and gas company pivoting to renewable energy services. Working across Caribbean and Latin American markets, he achieved 10,000 purchase orders while spending 10% of a $1M marketing budget: a result that contributed directly to the company's subsequent acquisition by the parliamentary republic.
06 2014–2015
SOCIAL COMMERCE ShopFunder: Fashion With a Conscience and a Strategy
Brought in by a venture capital firm to validate a social enterprise business model, Gabriel directed designers, copywriters, and developers for ShopFunder: an ethically sourced fashion e-commerce platform with a social giving mechanism. He designed the influencer marketing strategy, secured Carly Aquilino of MTV as brand ambassador, and generated $40K in sales within two days of launch. Two months in: $60K total.
07 2015–2017
CONSERVATION · DIGITAL The Nature Conservancy: $1.6 Million, One Campaign
As Digital Marketing Manager for the east coast, Gabriel led year-end giving campaigns that raised $1.6M: a $400K year-over-year increase driven by data-led segmentation, personalized landing pages, and animated direct-response architecture. He managed cross-functional teams of up to 30 people across SMS, email, SEO, PPC, and social. He personally generated over $200K in direct donation revenue through custom campaign infrastructure.
08 2017–2021
SUSTAINABILITY · ENERGY STAR EcoSun Homes: 250 Net-Zero Homes, One Federal Award
As Marketing Director across five vertically integrated companies, Gabriel built a geo-targeted, account-based marketing operation that generated 250+ net-zero home sales and $30M+ in revenue. The architecture and measurable environmental impact earned the 2019 ENERGY STAR Market Leader Award, presented by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency: a federal recognition for leadership in residential energy efficiency. The first time a marketing architecture he built earned that distinction.

Crown Digital Consulting made formal sense of 25 years of cross-sector experience. The firm delivers AI-powered marketing systems and automation with a precision that only comes from having built the infrastructure behind dozens of campaigns, companies, and organizational transformations. It is Gabriel's principal client services vehicle: every engagement is a systems architecture problem before it becomes a marketing problem.

HEALTHCARE AI · HIPAA MedMatch Network: Connecting 19,900+ Physicians Through AI
As Co-Founder and CGO of MedMatch Network, Gabriel co-founded a HIPAA-compliant AI referral platform that served 19,900+ physicians across the United States. He led the marketing architecture and growth strategy for the cloud-based platform, integrating AI-assisted scheduling and EHR connectivity to reduce the friction between providers, administrators, and patients. The work proved AI agent systems could operate reliably inside one of the most regulated industries in the country.

FINANCIAL SERVICES · FRACTIONAL COO Abrahamsen Financial Group: Reinventing the Advisory Relationship
At Abrahamsen Financial Group, Gabriel served as COO for 4+ years, rebuilding the firm's client acquisition and engagement infrastructure from digital-first principles. He replaced a traditional lead generation model with a precision automation stack built on AI workflows and compliance-aware systems. In a regulated industry where client trust is the primary asset, he built systems that make trust transferable as the firm grows.

DIGITAL GROWTH AGENCY Opportuna Digital Marketing: Systems That Happen to Produce Campaigns
Opportuna Digital Marketing operates as the external growth agency under Gabriel's direction, delivering branding, lead generation, and digital marketing for organizations navigating the shift to AI-assisted operations. It is not a campaign shop. Every engagement begins with an architecture decision. The campaigns are the output; the system is the product.
